What is ResiRentals?
ResiRentals is a tool and amenity lending service exclusively for Revel Ballpark residents. Borrow items like power drills, vacuums, ladders, and more — right from your building.
How do I sign up?
Visit the ResiRentals portal or scan any QR code in the building. Enter your unit number, verify your email, and you're ready to go.
Is there a cost?
Most items are completely free to borrow. Some specialty items (like steam cleaners or pressure washers) have a small rental fee of $5–$10, clearly displayed before checkout.
What items are available?
We offer power tools, hand tools, cleaning equipment, and household items — including drills, saws, vacuums, ladders, tool kits, and moving dollies. Check the portal for the full, up-to-date catalog.
How long can I keep an item?
Rental periods range from 4 to 48 hours depending on the item. The duration is shown on each item's listing.
What happens if I return it late?
Late fees are clearly displayed before you check out. You'll receive reminders via email and/or SMS before your item is due, so surprises are rare.
How do I check out an item?
Two easy ways — through the web portal on your phone, or by scanning the QR code on any item.
Can I reserve an item in advance?
Currently, items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check real-time availability anytime from the portal.
What if an item is damaged or not working?
Report it through the app immediately. You won't be charged for pre-existing issues. We inspect items regularly to keep everything in top shape.
Where do I pick up and return items?
Items are stored in the amenity room on the ground floor. Check out and return using your phone — just scan the QR code on the item.
Do I need a credit card?
You'll add a payment method during sign-up, but it's only charged if you rent a paid item or incur a late fee. Free items require no payment.
